Terms of Service — Spark·OS

1. The agreement

By creating a Spark·OS account ("Account"), you ("you", "Venue") agree to these terms with Static Studios LLC ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your Account, for keeping credentials secret, and for the content (signups, performer info, branding) you upload. You must be 18+ to create an Account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans bill monthly or annually in advance. The 14-day free trial doesn't require a card. After trial, your selected plan begins and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service outages.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Spark·OS to harass, defraud, or violate anyone's rights, and don't upload illegal content or content you don't have rights to. We can suspend Accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You own the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the service. We don't sell your data or your performers' data, ever.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or a missed open mic. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

You can delete your Account any time and export your data first. We can terminate Accounts that violate these terms with notice when reasonably possible.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes get 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
